Helpdesk Technician/Support Technician

This is a full-time IT support technician role focused on practical IT work and customer interaction in the Kronoberg region, starting October/November 2025 until March 2026.
Main requirements:
  • Genuine interest in technology
  • Comfortable and sociable when initiating contact with new people
  • Enjoys practical work, independent tasks, and taking own initiatives
  • Basic IT experience (computers, peripherals, connecting cables, etc.)
  • Willingness to learn more and develop within IT
Responsibilities:
  • Supporting users onsite within the organization
  • Inventory management including barcode scanning of equipment
  • Dialog with customer's contact persons about needs, replacements, and improvements
  • Provide support on correct usage of equipment
  • Maintain ongoing contact with IT technicians and users in various operations
Required hard skills:
  • Basic IT knowledge regarding computers and related equipment
Recommended hard skills:
  • Experience in service, support, or sales is a plus but not required
Soft skills:
