This is a temporary full-time helpdesk support role at Skogsstyrelsen in Jönköping, covering a workload peak during autumn 2025. The position involves close collaboration with colleagues and supporting IT operations including hardware handling and customer service tasks.
Main requirements:
- Education: High school or post-secondary education focused on IT
- At least 1 year relevant experience in similar role
- Good knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks, communication and information security
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with ticketing/issue tracking systems
- Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Proficiency in Swedish and English for internal and external communication
Responsibilities:
- Changing and decommissioning monitors
- Shipping hardware to Skogsstyrelsen offices nationwide
- Replacing PCs including tasks like unpacking, packing, F12+BIOS installations
- Handling simple technical customer service cases
