Relax Gaming seeks a Frontend Tech Lead for their Poker product. This role involves managing a team of C++ frontend developers while actively contributing as a developer. The position focuses on innovation, collaboration, leadership, and maintaining high-quality standards in developing the poker product.
Main requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years working experience with C++
  • Experience in multi-threaded projects, especially synchronization between threads
  • Experience in UI/UX creation and development
  • Great communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of frontend developers
  • Work closely with principal developer/architect to design solutions for new features and projects
  • Actively participate in project deliveries as a developer
  • Educate, challenge, and grow frontend team members
  • Identify and limit dependencies within the frontend team
  • Collaborate with business unit, backend team, and design team to ensure UI and UX requirements are met
  • Handle projects, improvements, and investigations with timely deliveries
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Maintain high quality standards
