Main requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
- Experience in ASIC/FPGA design using Verilog, SystemVerilog, or VHDL
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize high-performance telecom applications
- Strong communication skills and teamwork in international and cross-functional teams
- Eagerness to learn and improve continuously
- Focused and innovative mindset to deliver high-quality results
Responsibilities:
- Develop ASIC and FPGA designs for next-generation telecom products
- Collaborate closely with teams in Gothenburg and other international locations
- Integrate ASICs/FPGAs with in-house developed PCBs, software, and mechanical components
- Troubleshoot and verify designs using simulation tools and advanced labs
Required hard skills:
- ASIC/FPGA design using Verilog, SystemVerilog, or VHDL
- Troubleshooting and performance optimization of telecom hardware designs
Recommended hard skills:
- Embedded software development (e.g., C/C++)
- Scripting skills
- Verification using UVM
- Understanding of communication protocols such as Ethernet, AXI, and PCIe
