Main requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Experience in ASIC/FPGA design using Verilog, SystemVerilog, or VHDL
  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize high-performance telecom applications
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork in international and cross-functional teams
  • Eagerness to learn and improve continuously
  • Focused and innovative mindset to deliver high-quality results
Responsibilities:
  • Develop ASIC and FPGA designs for next-generation telecom products
  • Collaborate closely with teams in Gothenburg and other international locations
  • Integrate ASICs/FPGAs with in-house developed PCBs, software, and mechanical components
  • Troubleshoot and verify designs using simulation tools and advanced labs
Required hard skills:
  • ASIC/FPGA design using Verilog, SystemVerilog, or VHDL
  • Troubleshooting and performance optimization of telecom hardware designs
Recommended hard skills:
  • Embedded software development (e.g., C/C++)
  • Scripting skills
  • Verification using UVM
  • Understanding of communication protocols such as Ethernet, AXI, and PCIe
