ERP Project Manager Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM

We are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to join Fellowmind Sweden AB to lead projects using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management. This role involves working closely with project teams and customers to ensure project progress, follow-up, and results, with a strong focus on communication, building trust, and coaching teams. The candidate will initially lead implementation projects and continue long-term customer engagement driving change and continuous improvement.
Main requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a project management role within ERP either in consultancy or client-side.
  • Coaching leadership style with ability to elevate others' performance.
  • Structured with strong process orientation and great interest in business operations and workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build trust and adapt messaging to different audiences.
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English, able to communicate effortlessly in both languages.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and take overall responsibility for project progress, follow-up, and delivery results.
  • Build and maintain trust with customers through effective communication and orderly project execution.
  • Work closely with both internal project teams and customer teams.
  • Support project planning and follow-up in collaboration with stream leads and solution architects.
  • Ensure the team has the right conditions to perform their expertise and guide the team towards project goals.
  • Handle challenges related to resource shortages, new sub-projects, scope changes, and scheduling while maintaining time, budget, and quality.
  • Drive implementation projects initially and then continue customer engagement for change projects and continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate using agile project methodology and contribute to its development within the project management team.
Required hard skills:
  • Project management experience within ERP implementations.
  • Knowledge or background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM, F&O, or earlier AX versions or other ERP systems like NAV/Business Central, Jeeves, M3, Visma, IFS, SAP.
  • Proficiency in agile project management methodologies.
