Vattenfall Vattenkraft manages 90 hydropower plants and around 300 dams in the Nordic region. We have approximately 500 employees in Sweden and Finland with headquarters in Luleå. Our renewable hydropower production is essential for creating a climate-smart and fossil-free society, playing a key role as an enabler of future sustainable energy systems, producing about 25% of Sweden's total electricity demand. Main requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in IT or equivalent experience and education.
  • Several years of experience working with IT architecture at an overarching level.
  • Knowledge of information and process modeling and creating architectural descriptions from business, information, and system perspectives.
  • Experience in workshop facilitation and compiling results adapted to target groups.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain architecture descriptions of our business, information, and system landscape, both for current state and target state.
  • Develop and update the overall digital development plan.
  • Lead Vattenfall Vattenkraft's Digitalization Forum.
  • Contribute to defining needs and requirements in projects.
  • Conduct investigations, analyses, and IT architecture reviews.
  • Contribute to development of methods, tools, and relevant work processes.
  • Set goals and quality requirements related to the architecture area.
Required hard skills:
  • IT architecture at strategic and tactical levels.
  • Information and process modeling.
  • Architecture documentation techniques.
  • Workshop leadership and stakeholder communication.
Recommended hard skills:
  • Knowledge and experience with processes and solutions related to making data accessible and usable for business development and digitalization.
  • Experience with large ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Relevant architecture certifications like TOGAF, IASA, DF competence.
  • Experience working in organizations with high security requirements.
