Main requirements:
  • Experience in system development and/or software development.
  • Genuine interest in developing and deepening knowledge within systems security.
  • Drive and commitment in work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in teams.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and evolve in the security field to keep up to date with the latest technologies and methods.
  • Security clearance approval due to defense confidentiality requirements.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify, analyze, and manage risks that can affect system security, developing and implementing strategies to minimize these risks.
  • Work with and apply relevant safety standards and regulations such as ISO 26262 and RTCA DO-178 to ensure systems meet highest safety requirements.
  • Lead projects and work closely with customers to implement security solutions that meet their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with leading experts in the field to develop and improve security solutions, enabling personal and professional growth.
  • Receive continuous mentorship and support from experienced colleagues, and participate in training and competence development activities to stay updated with the latest technology and methods.
Required hard skills:
  • System development experience
  • Software development experience
  • Knowledge of security standards like ISO 26262 or RTCA DO-178
Recommended hard skills:
  • Experience working with standards such as ISO 26262, RTCA DO-178 or equivalent
