We are looking for someone who wants to become a key player in a product team focusing on FnO and Commerce Payments. You will work in an agile environment where your functional expertise, structure, and communication skills truly make a difference.
Main requirements:
  • Several years of experience with Dynamics 365 Retail & Commerce
  • Deep knowledge of channel setup for POS, Call Center & E-commerce
  • Expertise in payment methods including Adyen, PayPal, and PCI compliance
  • Experience with Omni-channel Payments including Refunds and Duplicate Payment Protection
  • Experience with Scheduler jobs (e.g., 1070, 1110)
  • Knowledge of Giftcards, loyalty points, and customer accounts
  • Practical experience writing design and test documents
  • Ability to support product teams with training, requirements, and testing
  • Very good communication skills in English
Responsibilities:
  • Document and configure payment solutions within Retail, Call Center, and E-commerce
  • Support backlog management, requirements specification, and sprint planning
  • Create design and functional specifications for integrations and customizations
  • Quality assure solution designs and contribute to test scenarios
  • Work closely with technical consultants to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
  • Actively participate in team work as a collaborative team player
