Business-Oriented Project Manager

Lead strategic development for our B2B clients and create business value through smart system solutions. We are looking for a business-oriented project manager who views technology as a tool to develop businesses and drive growth.
Main requirements:
  • University degree in information systems, engineering, economics or another relevant field.
  • Experience leading IT and/or technology projects.
  • Close collaboration with business operations and understanding of how technology supports business processes.
  • Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, orally and in writing.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive system development projects from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, follow-up, and continuous development.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Lead the operational work within the team by allocating tasks and reporting to both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage entire project delivery as a central link between customer, system developers, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify new customer needs and business opportunities, transforming them into value-creating digital solutions.
Required hard skills:
  • Project management in IT or technology sectors.
  • Understanding of system development lifecycle.
Recommended hard skills:
  • Experience in consulting roles adapting to diverse customer needs.
  • Experience in industries such as banking, finance, or insurance or companies with similar size and complexity as Multisoft.

  • Clear, precise communication with technical teams and business sides.
