Business Developer for Øresundsbron

Seeking a connector between technology, customers, and business to drive development and improve customer experiences at Øresundsbron. This is a consulting assignment through Adecco Sweden AB, focusing on the customer center and the digital customer journey, involving requirement gathering, process improvements, and collaboration with stakeholders.
Main requirements:
  • Experience in change management within a digital environment, preferably related to customer service, CRM, or IT development
  • Previous involvement in requirements specification, project management, or process development
  • Familiarity or experience working with ISO 9001 standards
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Danish and Swedish, both spoken and written; English is a plus
  • Experience working in mixed cultural environments, especially Swedish-Danish collaborations
Responsibilities:
  • Collect and specify requirements in systems such as Dynamics 365 CRM, Telavox, chatbots, and web services
  • Systematically disseminate information, news, and updates internally
  • Improve customer dialogue using tools like Quicksearch, Capturi, and user feedback
  • Collaborate with suppliers and project management in larger development initiatives
  • Enhance work processes according to ISO 9001 standards
  • Continuously improve existing systems including Azure DevOps, Power BI, and Power Automate
Required hard skills:
  • Requirements gathering and specification
