Main requirements:
  • Experience in system development closely collaborating with users.

  • Knowledge of automation and AI technology stacks.
  • Ability to identify, develop, evaluate, and implement AI solutions.
  • Capability to manage AI development tools and technical management of ERP and CRM applications.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and implement AI solutions in collaboration with various organizational departments.
  • Develop and maintain AI development tools.
  • Technical management (Object Leader IT role) of central ERP and CRM applications with complex data flows and potential for AI and automation.
  • Collaborate within a specialized team focusing on digital development and maintenance.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of AI initiatives.
  • Work closely with external AI strategists and members to develop AI projects.
Required hard skills:
  • System development experience.
  • AI solution development skills (e.g., coding with AI Foundry).
  • Knowledge of automation.
  • Understanding of AI technical stacks.
  • Technical management of ERP and CRM applications.
Recommended hard skills:
  • Degree in computer science, information technology or related field.
  • Experience leading and executing AI development projects end-to-end.
  • Familiarity with management frameworks such as PM3 and ITIL.
