We are seeking experienced 3rd line support technicians for assignments at multiple clients in the Stockholm area. The role involves advanced problem solving in Windows environments and provides opportunities to develop your IT career at Centric.
Main requirements:
  • At least 4 years of work experience in support
  • Relevant IT education
  • Experience troubleshooting and managing Windows Servers
  • Application packaging in SCCM
  • Network troubleshooting
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Experience with Azure and Intune
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and resolve escalated support tickets from 1st and 2nd line support
  • Troubleshoot complex and technical issues including network and system faults in customer-specific environments
  • Provide technical support and management of Windows Servers
  • Handle virtual machine management such as VMware and Hyper-V when relevant
  • Perform troubleshooting, maintenance and basic operation of Windows servers
