1st line support

We are helping our client in Gothenburg find a 1st line support starting October 1st. In the role as 1st line support, you will work with support of the client's software. The assignment begins with a training period from October to January 2026, during which you familiarize yourself with their products and routines. After that, you work closely with a technician on site in Gothenburg until September. In October, you work in parallel with the employee returning from parental leave. We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, takes initiative, and can work both independently and in a team.
Main requirements:
  • Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Windows Server, Linux)
  • Experience with scripting (PowerShell)
  • Familiarity with Active Directory
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience with at least one server application
  • Knowledge of networking and security including Cisco switches & routers, troubleshooting, and firewall management
  • Fluency in Swedish
Responsibilities:
