We are looking for an IT Support Technician with several years of experience in technical support to work in a varied and developing role. You will be responsible for a diverse set of IT-related issues via phone and the customer's ticket management system PureService, as well as working onsite to resolve problems directly. The role requires experience in Active Directory, EntraID, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Intune, troubleshooting Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 apps, iOS, OneDrive sync, basic network/WiFi, laptops and printers troubleshooting, onboarding/offboarding processes, major incident handling, using ticketing systems and remote control tools, application installation, and technical documentation. Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is necessary as the customer operates internationally.
