Join Hitachi Energy's High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) team in Ludvika to work on the development and testing of advanced power electronics for HVDC converter valves used worldwide in electrical energy transmission systems.
Main requirements:
- Engineer specialized in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience
- Strong technical interest and eagerness to learn new technologies
- Knowledge in Electrical Measuring Technology and Electrical Design advantageous
- Experience in Electrical Testing, Power Converters, and Power Electronics is a plus
- Familiarity with different measuring systems and practical handling in electronics/technology area preferred
Responsibilities:
- Participate in development of advanced power converters
- Take responsibility within development projects
- Engage in development and delivery testing of electrical components for power converters
