Region Sörmland IT is seeking an experienced Test and Project Leader to contribute to the development and delivery of IT services and digitalization projects within the region. The position involves working within project and test leadership roles to support regional projects and development initiatives, ensuring effective digital solutions for various operational areas.
Main requirements:
- Experience as a test leader with additional experience as a project leader.
- Practical experience working in these roles within a larger organization.
- Relevant academic degree or equivalent knowledge as assessed by the employer.
- Swedish language proficiency in speaking and writing.
- Valid driver's license category B due to travel requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Participate as project and/or test leader in IT and digitalization projects.
- Work according to the region's project, assignment models, and test processes.
- Support the region's management and operations through effective project and test leadership.
- Contribute to the operation of Region Sörmland's project office.
Required hard skills:
- Project leadership in IT and digitalization projects.
- Test leadership and QA processes.
- Knowledge of project-, assignment-, and test-process models.
- Academic background relevant to IT or project management.
Recommended hard skills:
- ISTQB certification is considered meritorious.
Soft skills:
- Self-driven and responsible for own work.
- Ability to structure and plan work independently.
- Good interpersonal skills and teamwork.
- Effective listening and clear communication skills.
