Experienced TechOps Specialist to ensure smooth collaboration between development and delivery teams, working with installing, configuring, and optimizing IT solutions for municipal digitalization.
Main requirements:
  • At least 5 years practical experience as an IT technician focused on OnPrem and Windows environments
  • Good knowledge of Windows Server (2016, 2019 or later)
  • Scripting skills mainly in PowerShell; Linux scripting is a merit
  • Experience with OnPrem/Azure Devops or GitHub is a merit
  • Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and other network functions is a merit
  • Good knowledge of containerization such as Docker or ContainerD
  • Good knowledge of virtualization such as Hyper-V or VMware
Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure Sokigo's products in OnPrem environments
  • Lead technical implementations and upgrades
  • Analyze, identify and resolve issues during incidents
  • Drive development of delivery efficiency and automation
  • Document configurations, processes and solutions
  • Ensure clear requirement specifications and communication between delivery and development teams
