Join VIPAS AB as a Technical Writer specializing in Embedded Systems and Product Data Management. This role involves creating educational and documentation materials for PDM and PLM systems related to embedded software in vehicles, supporting engineers with training and clear technical content in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Main requirements:
  • Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Strong experience in technical writing, digital education, or IT business analysis
  • Proficiency in English (Swedish preferred but can be excluded in exceptional cases)
  • Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) preferred
Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver educational and training materials on embedded systems and PDM/PLM
  • Create clear documentation including technical workflows and user guides
  • Conduct theoretical classes and hands-on training workshops for engineers
  • Translate complex technical systems into user-friendly educational content
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support continuous pedagogical methods
  • Support global engineers working in an agile and fast-paced environment
