Main requirements:
  • Technical education at college or university level
  • Previous experience in user support, customer service, or IT support
  • Communicative, meticulous, and solution-oriented
  • Strong technical interest and desire to develop within IT support
Responsibilities:
  • Provide user support via phone, email, portal, and chat
  • Guide users and troubleshoot issues to resolve incidents
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes and develop team skills
  • Work scheduled hours including weekdays and weekends
Required hard skills:
