Main requirements:
- Technical education at college or university level
- Previous experience in user support, customer service, or IT support
- Communicative, meticulous, and solution-oriented
- Strong technical interest and desire to develop within IT support
Responsibilities:
- Provide user support via phone, email, portal, and chat
- Guide users and troubleshoot issues to resolve incidents
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes and develop team skills
- Work scheduled hours including weekdays and weekends
Required hard skills:
- Technical education in IT or related field
- Experience in user support or IT support
