Responsibilities:
  • Receive incoming customer calls and professionally and engagingly meet customer needs
  • Handle administrative tasks in various systems including email, chat and case management
  • Offer customized solutions to build valuable and long-lasting customer relationships
  • Work towards set goals and receive ongoing support and feedback from your manager
Required hard skills:
  • Computer proficiency
  • Fluency in Swedish
  • Good command of English
Recommended hard skills:
  • Previous experience in service or support is meritorious but not required
