Main requirements:
- Fluent in Swedish spoken and written
- Good knowledge of English

Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming customer calls and professionally and engagingly meet customer needs
- Handle administrative tasks in various systems including email, chat and case management
- Offer customized solutions to build valuable and long-lasting customer relationships
- Work towards set goals and receive ongoing support and feedback from your manager
Required hard skills:
- Computer proficiency
- Fluency in Swedish
- Good command of English
Recommended hard skills:
- Previous experience in service or support is meritorious but not required
