Main requirements:
  • 5+ years experience with Linux
  • 2+ years experience with Windows and/or macOS
  • Deep understanding of internet and network functioning
  • Self-driven and capable of multitasking
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Resident of Gothenburg
Responsibilities:
  • Assist users via email
  • Troubleshoot problems on Linux, Windows, macOS, routers, Android, and iOS
  • Test services and applications
  • Continuously update guides and FAQs
