Main requirements:
- 5+ years experience with Linux
- 2+ years experience with Windows and/or macOS
- Deep understanding of internet and network functioning
- Self-driven and capable of multitasking
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Resident of Gothenburg
Responsibilities:
- Assist users via email
- Troubleshoot problems on Linux, Windows, macOS, routers, Android, and iOS
- Test services and applications
- Continuously update guides and FAQs
Required hard skills:
- Linux expertise
- Windows and/or macOS experience
- Networking and internet protocols understanding
