Main requirements:
  • Experience working as a Technical Solutions Architect or senior developer within D365FO or Dynamics AX.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations and the broader Microsoft platform including Power Platform and Azure.
  • Ability to lead technical solution design, integration strategy, development environment setup, and migration.
  • Experience coordinating work within teams and across project groups.
  • Fluent communication skills in both Swedish and English for national and international collaboration.
Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with functional solution architects and customers to establish strategies for integration, development, environment configuration, and migrations.
  • Own the development and design of technical solutions within projects.
  • Coordinate efforts within the technical team and with other project teams.
  • Collaborate with project managers on estimation for development, integration, and related technical tasks as well as sprint planning.
  • Focus on both new implementations and upgrading existing customers from older platforms to the latest technology.
  • Stay at the forefront of developments in the D365FO technical area and other Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform.
Required hard skills:
  • Technical architecture and solution design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO (D365FO)/Dynamics AX.
  • Integration strategies and implementations.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Azure.
  • Development and migration methodologies for ERP systems.
  • Performance optimization techniques.
  • Project coordination and sprint planning knowledge.
