Manage projects within Schneider Electric's Industrial Automation unit, focusing on automation solutions for the Food and Beverage sector in Scandinavia. Lead project teams, ensure customer satisfaction, project profitability, and adherence to company policies and governance.
Main requirements:
  • Manage full project execution lifecycle.
  • Serve as primary customer contact and build long-term relationships.
  • Accountability for project profitability including sales, margin, and cash forecast.
  • Develop strong customer intimacy and communication.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Systems Engineering, Software, Production, Test, Purchasing, Quality Assurance).
  • Mentor less experienced team members.
  • Conduct risk and opportunity assessments and implement mitigation plans.
  • Monitor and report project status, progress, and KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with global and local governance and cadence policies.
  • Contribute to project managers community of practice.
  • Strategic approach to capture additional business, especially linked to digital and services.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage average to large size projects with software, services, and sustainability components.
  • Lead project teams across functions to ensure customer satisfaction and financial performance.
  • Drive communication with customer and end-users.
  • Forecast revenue and ensure timely revenue recognition.
  • Implement profitability improvement actions.
  • Support and mentor team members.
  • Perform risk and opportunity assessment regularly.
  • Report project execution status and escalate risks to management.
