Join Saab AB as a Technical Project Manager within the Surveillance business area, focusing on delivering integrated radar, signal intelligence, and command systems across air, land, and sea domains. Lead and ensure progress in technical project activities, coordinate with customers and suppliers, support project management, and drive design activities within budget and schedule.
Main requirements:
  • Strong experience in technical project management
  • Engineering degree, preferably at master's level
  • Several years of experience in systems engineering work
  • Ability to find effective solutions and navigate organization
  • Good communication skills with internal teams and external customers
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Ability to pass security clearance per current regulations
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and ensure progress of technical work within projects
  • Manage technical aspects of customer and supplier contacts
  • Support project manager with materials for customer interactions
  • Monitor project activities and secure commitments and progress through active leadership
  • Coordinate and specify internal technical functions including scope, schedule, budget, and resources
  • Conduct system analyses from the Win Business phase, create input for cost estimates, and lead design activities
