Lead the development of tactical data networks for flying and ground platforms, coordinating teams to create advanced communication solutions for the Gripen aircraft, managing the entire product chain from requirements to testing and verification. Requires experience in project management, system integration of hardware and software, and strong communication skills in English.
Main requirements:
  • Relevant technical education such as engineering physics or computer engineering.
  • Documented experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in system engineering and integration of complex hardware and software systems.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, for communication with international teams and customers.
  • Ability to work in structured manner, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage projects under pressure.
  • Security clearance approval as per current regulations; possibly specific citizenship requirements.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead project management and resource coordination.
  • Develop concepts and lead requirements gathering and system design.
  • Manage procurement of equipment and handle suppliers.
  • Monitor and implement systems, analyze and troubleshoot in flight simulators and test flights.
  • Support and verify system functions.
  • Travel abroad for project support and verification when needed.
