Technical Initiative Manager

Lead and manage technical IT projects, especially SAP-related initiatives, to drive meaningful digital transformation at Duni Group, a global leader in sustainable dining and food packaging solutions.
Main requirements:
  • Strong track record of technical project leadership in SAP environments
  • 5-10 years of combined SAP technical and project management experience
  • Understanding of SAP S/4HANA migrations, architecture and simplification
  • Familiarity with SAP tools such as SUM, Readiness Check, ATC, and Custom Code Analyzer
  • Working knowledge of integration technologies including IDocs, APIs, CPI, and SAP BTP
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, translating technical topics into business language
Responsibilities:
  • Lead key technical initiatives including SAP S/4HANA migration and other non-SAP projects from planning to execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with architects, IT teams, and business stakeholders
  • Ensure consistent system architecture and environment planning across SAP tenant landscape
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams for cloud security and compliance
  • Manage SAP Cloud ALM including project tracking, testing, and reporting
  • Identify risks, track project progress, and communicate with management effectively
  • Maintain technical documentation and support team knowledge sharing
Required hard skills:
