Responsible for Technology & Maintenance ensuring the operation, maintenance and technical management of a GMP-regulated facility in Södertälje. This key role involves guaranteeing that the company's technical systems function reliably, safely, and compliantly in a high-tech, research-driven environment promoting innovation, sustainability, and quality.
Main requirements:
  • Proven experience in technical operations within GMP-regulated environments
  • Good knowledge of technical systems such as HVAC, cleanrooms and laboratory environments
  • Experience managing deviations and qualification processes
  • Strong organizational skills and experience coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Very good Swedish language skills and good English language skills
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure daily operation of the facility's technical systems (e.g., ventilation, gas, water, vacuum)
  • Plan and follow up on maintenance, calibration and qualification of equipment and systems
  • Coordinate technical work and be the contact person for service providers
  • Handle deviations according to GMP requirements
  • Contribute to development and improvement of operational and maintenance processes
Required hard skills:
