Lead and shape the Developer Experience at Swedbank, overseeing DevOps optimization, CI/CD orchestration, source control systems, and collaboration tools for a large engineering community.
Main requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years software development experience
  • 3-5 years experience as Tech Lead or Solution Architect
  • Hands-on leadership with experimentation on emerging tools and frameworks
  • Strong leadership and growth mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
  • Drive Developer Experience for 2500+ engineers and scale builds
  • Lead technical direction across multiple engineering teams
  • Design and maintain scalable system architecture for source control platforms
  • Champion engineering excellence embedding quality and innovation
  • Lead migration from legacy to modern platforms ensuring minimal disruption
  • Mentor teams in source control best practices, code quality and platform usage
