UMS Skeldar develops an unmanned helicopter to support marine, military, and public safety operations. The role involves system design, requirements decomposition, documentation, testing, verification, and system integration across complex systems including helicopter, simulator, ground station, and link systems, within a cross-functional team in a dynamic and entrepreneurial workplace.
Main requirements:
  • Higher education in relevant engineering discipline
  • Professional experience as Systems Engineer or similar role
  • Proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
  • Ability to break down complex problems and clearly document requirements and design
  • Collaboration skills, responsibility, and ability to manage own work
Responsibilities:
  • System design, requirement breakdown, documentation, testing and verification spanning the entire system
  • System integration and hardware handling
  • Close collaboration within the team and with other company departments
  • Communication with subcontractor contacts
  • Opportunity to specialize in specific subsystems
