A position to manage and develop property information systems and digital workflows in Hammarö Municipality's Property Unit, ensuring current and correct data to support internal users and stakeholders.
Main requirements:
  • Education at least at vocational higher education level, e.g. property management, construction engineering or information technology
  • Good knowledge and understanding of how IT systems and work processes combine to improve organizational efficiency and quality
  • Valid B driver's license
  • Excellent verbal and written Swedish communication skills
Responsibilities:
  • Manage, improve and quality-assure property information both analog and digital
  • Provide up-to-date and correct information to new, renovation and extension projects
  • Administrate and develop the usage of the property management system (Momentum) according to the unit's needs and workflows
  • Provide support and user assistance internally
  • Manage other IT systems in a system administrator role
  • Lead the development of the unit's digital workflows
  • Coordinate internal and external communication on intranet and web
  • Work closely with property caretakers, administrators, contractors, project managers and tenants
