Responsibilities:
  • Lead and participate in improvement work focusing on digitization and automation of processes
  • Manage daily operations including 2nd-line support and incident handling
  • Collaborate internally across departments and externally with software suppliers
Required hard skills:
  • Basic scripting/programming skills, e.g., PowerShell, Python or similar (preferred)
  • IT system operation experience
  • Understanding of Active Directory and Entra ID environments
