System Technician - Telephony and Meeting Services

As a System Technician within the Digital Workplace section at Transportstyrelsen, you will be part of a team responsible for ensuring operational telephony and meeting tools for the agency, including switchboard systems, contact center solutions, fixed and mobile telephony, and licenses. The role involves administration, support, lifecycle management, testing, vendor interaction, and development of meeting services.
Main requirements:
  • At least a secondary education in IT or equivalent knowledge
  • Minimum 3 years of current experience managing telephony and/or meeting/collaboration services
  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving faults in telephony and/or meeting/collaboration services
  • Fluent communication skills in Swedish, both written and spoken
Responsibilities:
  • Administer telephony support systems such as contact center, switchboard, MDM tools, etc.
  • Provide third line support to the agency's Service Desk
  • Handle orders for telephony and meeting services
  • Manage lifecycle of maintained systems
  • Conduct testing during and after upgrades
  • Manage vendor contacts regarding maintained systems and services
  • Participate in the development of meeting and collaboration services
Required hard skills:
