The National Heritage Board is the national authority that leads and supports the work to preserve, use, and develop the cultural heritage. The IT Operations and Infrastructure Unit consists of 14 people working with the operation, support, and management of the agency's IT infrastructure including client and server environments. The unit's responsibilities are broad and complex, ranging from virtual server environments, networks, storage and backup, application operations, mail systems, directory services, client environments, remote work IT solutions, databases, and hardware. The role involves operation and monitoring, incident and change management of purchased IT systems, as well as quality improvements and documentation updates.
