System Engineer / Requirements Coordinator (Consultant Assignment)

We are seeking an experienced System Engineer / Requirements Coordinator to participate in implementing the next generation of voice and data communication for our client. You will work from system level down to functional requirements, ensuring the solution meets organizational needs and is robust, secure, and future-proof. The environment spans MCX services on 4G/LTE and 5G with multiple technical interfaces.
Main requirements:
  • At least a university degree in engineering (not vocational higher education) OR at least 10 years of relevant professional experience in technical development projects (infrastructure/technology/systems/vehicles)
  • At least 3 years documented systems engineering experience in similar projects
  • At least 3 years documented experience in requirements coordination and change management of technical requirements in similar environments
  • At least 3 years documented experience as configuration/change management responsible in projects
  • At least 3 years experience leading and administrating requirements work in Polarion or similar ALM/requirements tools
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all technical subsystems are designed for interoperability with existing environment
  • Coordinate dependencies and technical interfaces between internal and external parties
  • Participate and when needed lead technical dialogue with suppliers
  • Identify, model, and track requirements in Polarion or similar, and systematically follow up via reviews, inspections, and tests
  • Analyze requirements regarding realism, feasibility, and goal fulfillment
  • Drive compliance with requirements management process including linking requirements-verification-validation
  • Communicate and administer changes to stakeholders and suppliers
  • Follow up requirements throughout the lifecycle
  • Actively contribute in project-related meetings
Required hard skills:

  • Technical knowledge of MCX services on 4G/LTE and 5G networks
