System Developer with experience in SAP

An experienced system developer is sought for a long-term assignment within MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) at the client's new Robotics Campus. The client aims to digitalize its production and create a data-driven organization that constantly improves quality and productivity. The role is part of a cross-functional team within the Factory IT & Digitalization department, focused on smart, automated solutions for future production.
Main requirements:
  • Experience in requirements analysis and business systems, preferably SAP
  • Understanding of business flows and digitalization in manufacturing industry
  • Analytical, communicative and self-driven with interest in complex processes
Responsibilities:
  • Collection, analysis and documentation of requirements related to data mapping in production lines
  • Mapping business processes and designing improvement proposals
  • Advisory role within digitalization, close collaboration with engineering team in projects for automated production cells
Required hard skills:
  • Requirements analysis
  • Experience with business systems such as SAP
  • Understanding of manufacturing production processes
Recommended hard skills:
  • Experience with OEE measurement and/or production follow-up
  • Script programming skills, e.g. Python or Excel VBA
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
