Main requirements:
  • Solid experience in one or more modern programming languages
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration
  • Can-do mindset with ability to tackle complexity
  • Collaborative approach with strong communication skills
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable systems and APIs
  • Collaborate closely with architects, developers, and analysts to evolve platforms and data flows
  • Ensure performance, availability, and security of systems
  • Take ownership from development to operations
  • Continuously improve processes and deliver customer value
Required hard skills:
  • Programming in Go, Java, .NET, JavaScript
  • Experience with Spring Boot, Kafka (for backend developers)
  • Frontend frameworks like Vue or similar (for frontend developers)
  • Linux and Kubernetes (especially for Platform/DevOps roles)
  • Cloud infrastructure knowledge, especially Azure
  • GitLab experience
  • CI/CD pipelines and test automation
