System Administrator for the Welfare and Care Sector

The position involves maintaining and developing operational systems in the welfare and care sector, serving as a link between operations and technical/system support, and contributing to digitalization and system improvement projects.
Main requirements:
- Degree in information systems, social work, or another relevant higher education as judged by employer
- Experience working with operational systems, preferably in social services, as a system administrator or super-user
- Ability to work independently planning, structuring, and prioritizing daily tasks
- Strong communication, pedagogical skills, cooperation, needs analysis, problem-solving abilities
- Planning and performing system updates, ensuring information security, complying with laws and guidelines
- Understanding or quick acquisition of knowledge of processes in authority and service provision and importance of correct data registration for statistics
- Responsible for system administration plans, continuity plans, system security, and other system documentation
- Capability to drive improvement projects in system and digitalization areas
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop operational systems in the sector
- Conduct development projects within sector areas
- Ensure optimal use of systems
- Act as contact point for users, system owners, IT unit, and external system suppliers
- Make system adjustments, propose improvements, and capture needs from operations
- Be involved in implementing the Pulsen Combine operational system during 2025
- Provide some second-line support assisting the support function and resolving incidents
- Participate in various digitalization processes of the sector
