Seeking a System Administrator with strong IT management skills for an important and exciting role in implementing Region Stockholm's new competence and education portal Kompetenstorget within SLSO.
Main requirements:
- Relevant higher education focused on system administration or equivalent experience
- Experience in local system administration
- Interest and experience in strategic work related to education
- Experience in training others
- Good system understanding
- Preferably experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Proficiency in Swedish language, both oral and written
Responsibilities:
- Maintain management planning and follow-up
- Engage in dialogue and follow-up with suppliers
- Participate and lead projects and development activities within responsibility area
- Develop and update instructions, system documentation, and training materials
- Handle and gather requirements through ongoing user dialogue
- Work actively with information and IT security to ensure systems meet security and quality requirements
- Ensure implementation of changes and deployments
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders related to assignment
- Establish and follow up quality measurements
- Responsible for training and support to users within SLSO
- Compile improvement actions and statistics
