AGES Shared Services AB serves the group's other companies with accounting, reporting, payroll, and other administration. We are seeking a solution-oriented person passionate about IT and support for our Helpdesk Support Team. As Helpdesk Support, you will be the first contact point for users regarding IT-related questions. Your responsibilities include handling support cases in our ticket system, providing professional support in ERP systems, EDI solutions, internal IT systems, and other IT platforms within AGES. The role offers an engaged and helpful IT team and opportunities for internal development within a company where IT plays a key role in business development, based in Halmstad, full-time.
Main requirements:
  • Experience in IT support or technical customer service
  • Passion for service and communication
  • Structured working method
  • Good verbal and written skills in both Swedish and English
  • Ability to work solution-focused and enjoy helping others
  • Merit: Experience with ticketing systems
  • Willingness to travel between AGES group companies if needed
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, register and follow-up support tickets
  • Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge database
  • Participate in workshops to identify and suggest improvements
  • Handle administrative tasks in systems and portals
