Provide first line technical support to users and colleagues, assisting with IT-related issues and account management within a large corporate environment, while developing your IT career.
Main requirements:
- Genuine interest in technology
- Drive to help others and develop professionally
- At least six months experience in a servicedesk environment
- Education in IT
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
- Provide first line support in a team for a client in Malmö
- Assist users with IT issues via phone, email, and remote support
- Log incoming incidents in the ticketing system
- Troubleshoot Windows environments and other applications
- Manage accounts and perform administration tasks including Active Directory, Citrix, and Office365
Required hard skills:
- Experience with servicedesk support
- Knowledge of Windows environment troubleshooting
- Account administration skills
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Citrix, and Office365
