Provide first line technical support to users and colleagues, assisting with IT-related issues and account management within a large corporate environment, while developing your IT career.
Main requirements:
  • Genuine interest in technology
  • Drive to help others and develop professionally
  • At least six months experience in a servicedesk environment
  • Education in IT
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Provide first line support in a team for a client in Malmö
  • Assist users with IT issues via phone, email, and remote support
  • Log incoming incidents in the ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot Windows environments and other applications
  • Manage accounts and perform administration tasks including Active Directory, Citrix, and Office365
Required hard skills:
  • Experience with servicedesk support
  • Knowledge of Windows environment troubleshooting
  • Account administration skills
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Citrix, and Office365
