As a support technician in our HelpDesk, you will be responsible for receiving, registering, resolving, and following up on cases from our users in Northern Europe. You will handle multiple systems and IT services, drive improvement work, and develop our support platform. You will also work with computer hardware, perform repairs and maintenance, and install, update, and maintain operating systems and software.
Main requirements:
- Education in IT or equivalent experience as a support technician.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft environments (client, server, M365).
- Proficiency in networking (Cisco).
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMWare).
- Knowledge of telecom and mobile telephony.
- Strong skills in diagnosing and resolving technical problems quickly and effectively.
- Very good command of Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, register, resolve and follow up support cases from users in Northern Europe.
- Manage multiple systems and IT services within the support function.
- Drive improvement and development of the support platform.
- Work with computer hardware: repair and maintenance.
- Install, update and maintain operating systems and software.
