Support Technician / Helpdesk Technician

A long-term consultant assignment at a large Nordic company located in southern Stockholm, focusing on first-line IT service desk support, with excellent opportunities for development and potential permanent employment.
Main requirements:
- Strong knowledge of both spoken and written English and Swedish; knowledge of Norwegian is a merit but not required.
- Customer-focused with a professional service attitude.
- Quick learner who can rapidly understand new systems and technologies.

- Able to handle multiple cases and processes simultaneously in a high-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Inform, guide, and assist users daily in supported systems, tools, and equipment.
- Receive, register, coordinate, and report information, requests, needs, questions, and problems related to effective IT usage.
- Serve as the link between users, the customer's IT department, and external suppliers.
- Receive, register, follow-up, and report cases until closure.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding including account administration and hardware orders.
Required hard skills:
- Experience from IT support or technical customer service.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like Freshservice.
- Remote support via TeamViewer.
- Antivirus solutions such as Symantec Endpoint Protection.
- Virtual desktop environment (AVD).
- Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- SharePoint.
- Active Directory.
- Azure.
- VPN.
- Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
- Mobile Device Management (MDM).
- Windows 10 and 11.
