Main requirements:
  • Strong technical background with several years of experience in IT support within complex environments.
  • Experience with systematic troubleshooting and handling cases in established issue management systems.
  • Competency in both Windows and Linux-based server environments.
  • Understanding of database management, storage solutions, and network administration.
  • Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to document technical processes and solutions in a structured manner.
  • Service-oriented mindset with strong teamwork skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Establishing and developing a new support function for a factory with continuous 24/7 operations.
  • Providing technical support in IT infrastructure, database management, and network administration.
  • Integrating into existing support structures including Second Line and Second Line Extended Support during the initial phase.
  • Contributing effectively to the support team and organizational routines.
