Main requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months experience in IT and customer-facing roles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in Swedish and good command of English, both spoken and written
  • Strong willingness and ability to learn new skills
  • Swedish citizenship (background check required due to handling export-controlled information)
Responsibilities:
  • Provide first and second line support and incident management
  • Maintain customer contact via phone and written communication
  • Participate in management meetings
  • Handle escalations
  • Update documentation
  • Support SharePoint-based solutions
  • Manage ticketing system for incident handling
Required hard skills:
  • Experience in IT support and customer service
  • Knowledge of SharePoint solutions
  • Incident management skills
