As a ServiceNow developer, you will engage in transforming, developing, and managing ServiceNow along with internal interactions to optimize workflows. You lead solution discussions, define designs, and execute development. You collaborate closely with colleagues and often work alongside a Business Analyst who handles analysis and requirements gathering. Your responsibilities include technical design, development, configuration, testing, deployment, and documentation, working on both internal and external projects involving configurations and system administration. The role offers diverse development opportunities supported by training and certification in ServiceNow. The team works project-based according to a roadmap with ongoing exciting projects such as building new graphical interfaces, integration with business systems, improving workflows via AI/machine learning, and onboarding customers to the portal. You will see a direct impact from your work improving efficiency and clarity in critical business workflows. You are proactive, hands-on, diligent in follow-ups, and document your work thoroughly. Previous experience in ServiceNow development (integrations and automation within Customer Service Management) is required. Experience in ITSM service delivery is a plus. Main requirements:
  • Experience in ServiceNow development focused on integrations and automation within Customer Service Management
