Work as a ServiceNow developer supporting IT solutions to facilitate the control tasks of the Swedish Public Employment Service, contributing to reducing unemployment and improper payments through development on the ServiceNow platform.
Main requirements:
- Post-secondary education or relevant work experience as judged by employer with documented ServiceNow platform training, preferably certifications.
- At least 2 years of experience with development and configuration on the ServiceNow platform including Workflow Studio (Playbooks, Flow Designer, Decision Table), Business Rules, Scripts, and Tables.
- Experience and strong skills in web development including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and system integrations.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
- Specify, configure, develop, and test solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate, support, and brainstorm solutions with the agile ServiceNow teams.
- Ensure development follows design principles and guidelines.
- Communicate and interact with users and stakeholders, particularly development teams and other stakeholders.
- Solve challenging problems and continuously explore new technologies.
