Servicedeskmedarbetare role in Group IT supporting Sorunda IT through a change journey, providing user service and support via phone and on-site.
Main requirements:
  • At least 2 years experience in IT support work
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Experience with Microsoft 365
  • Experience with Entra ID
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written
  • Experience working in a large organization undergoing change is meritorious
Responsibilities:
  • Handle on- and offboarding processes
  • Support and service to users within Sorunda IT (troubleshooting, user administration, access issues)
  • Manage and follow up on cases in the ticketing system
  • Handle support requests via phone and ticketing system
  • Contribute to improving user experience and ensure high quality support
