We are looking for a Servicedesk Employee to join Group IT with a special focus on supporting Sorunda IT during an exciting transformation journey. The role involves providing IT service and support to users both via phone and on-site to ensure swift and professional IT assistance.
Main requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support
- Experience with Active Directory
- Experience with Microsoft 365
- Experience with Entra ID
- Excellent Swedish and English skills, both written and spoken
Responsibilities:
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support and service users within Sorunda IT (e.g., troubleshooting, user administration, access rights)
- Manage and follow up on incidents via the ticketing system
- Provide support via phone and incident management system
- Contribute to improving user experience and ensure high-quality support
