We are looking for a Service Technician to join Smartify in Örebro on a 50% part-time permanent basis. The role involves assisting private individuals and businesses with digital technology setup, troubleshooting, and service. The work is diverse, independent, and offers opportunities for development and responsibility.
Main requirements:

- You have good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
- A valid driving license is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of smart technology in private homes and businesses including computers and peripherals, network and network equipment, TV and audio systems including image optimization and wall mounting.
- Activation and configuration of broadband services in households such as routers, Wi-Fi networks, TV equipment, and broadband telephony.
- Installation of ducting and cable routing for new broadband outlets.
- Installation and service of digital locks and alarms.
- Sales, installation, and configuration of software and hardware.
- Traveling in a service vehicle to conduct assignments at customer homes and businesses.
Required hard skills:
- Installation and configuration of computer and network equipment.
- Troubleshooting smart technology systems.
- Installation and optimization of TV and audio equipment, including wall mounting.
- Knowledge of broadband services and related hardware configuration.
- Ability to perform cable routing and duct installation for broadband outlets.
- Installation and configuration of digital locks and alarm systems.
- Ability to sell, install, and configure software and hardware.
