Service Owner – Identity and Access

The Service Owner is responsible for overseeing the Identity and Access services within the organization, focusing on service lifecycle management, continuous improvement, and ensuring high-quality global delivery in collaboration with business, IT teams, and vendors.
Main requirements:
  • ITIL certification
  • Experience in administration of Active Directory
  • Experience in Entra ID administration
  • Experience with Group Policy Objects (GPO)
  • Knowledge of certificate management (internal and external)
  • Experience with authentication/authorization mechanisms and multi-factor authentication (MFA)
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and structured
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in project management
  • Advanced proficiency in Swedish (required)
Responsibilities:
  • Own and drive full lifecycle of Identity and Access service and products focusing on continuous improvement and future readiness
  • Act as subject matter expert and escalation point for support teams on technical and service-related issues
  • Coordinate and manage tasks involving external vendors
  • Lead internal IT forums and maintain communication across teams
  • Monitor, report, and ensure service delivery quality
  • Develop, maintain, and document relevant processes and procedures for supported services
